STP Carb Spray Injection Cleaner

STP Carb Spray & injector cleaner is specifically formulated to quickly and easily remove gum, sludge, varnish, grease, and dirt build-up.

Used regularly helps reduce high exhaust emissions and help correct performance problems caused by carburetor and injection deposits.

Application:

Carburetor Linkage: With engine off, remove air filter and spray STP Carb Spray & injector cleaner on entire exterior surface of carburetor including the linkage and choke (valve) shaft. Let soak for a minute, the re-spray to flush off dirt, grease and deposits. 

Automatic Chokes: With engine off, spray both ends of chock valve while opening and closing by hand. Spray vacuum cylinder to remove dirt and gum.

For PCV Valve: With engine off, disconnect crankcase side of PCV valve, insert plastic tube of STP Carb Spray & injector cleaner into open end of valve and spray while working valve back and forth, Start engine and spray again to flsh valve completely

Carb Thoat and Throttle Plate: With engine running at normal idle, spray in bursts around inside of carburetor throat to remove deposits on throttle plate area and other parts.
